The overall objective of the project consists in promoting continuous training in new technologies in the medical field by developing a training program and its implementation among a number of at least 80 people in the region Bucharest-Ilfov.
The overall objective of the project will be achieved through the following specific objectives:

Objective 1. Increased access to training programs continue in the medical field activities through information on the need for FPC in the sector and the creation of a number of 10 trainers for the acquisition of skills in the conduct of training programs created based on the current needs of the market.

 

Objective 2. Increasing skills of medical personnel by developing and organizing a training course for 80 doctors on the use of laser therapy.
The project lead in promoting flexible learning throughout life and increase access to education and training by providing training programs continue in the medical field, quality, which meets the needs of the moment and the prospect of labor market.
